QB STRONG is designed to build the QB from the ground up with an emphasis on lower-body and core strength, in addition to a complete upper-body strength training program. It is the same program principles and workout design used with Todd’s NFL and college QBs. It includes Todd’s complete joint integrity program for shoulder and arm care. The entire program can be followed in the QB STRONG app to do on your own time. It’s not designed just to get you tired, it’s designed to get you BETTER.

The program is eight weeks long with five training days per week – three days in the weight room and two days on the field. To maximize results, you will need dumbbells, barbells, a sport cord or super-band, and kettlebells...oh, and yes, a football!
This is exactly what you need to be doing. You can do some different drills on the field but the weight room work in QB STRONG is exactly what you need to be doing as a thrower and rotational athlete.

The bonus interview with Luke and Todd Durkin goes into the “10 Things Every Kid Needs To Do If You Want To Play in College”. About half of the interview is focused on the recruiting process for high school quarterbacks – how to get yourself on the map, how to know what level to consider playing, the importance of QB camps in the summer, how to use social media as a tool to enhance your recruiting, and of course leadership principles that all QBs must have. The bonus interview is an audio extra as part of the QB STRONG program.
The QB STRONG program is a one-time fee to access the eight weeks of sessions for one year.

It is all done through an app. We have a customized app (QB STRONG) delivered through Bridge Athletics that houses ALL aspects of the program. Once you purchase the QB STRONG program, you will get an email confirmation that will give you step-by-step instructions on how to download the app and register. Once you do that, you are ready to dive into the program. If you do not see an email, please be sure to check your SPAM folder.

After the eight weeks are up, you WILL be in much better condition to handle the demands of being a quarterback. Yes, you will be faster, and stronger, and your arm strength will be better. However, the program is not a one-off. Revisit training sessions to continuously improve performance or start at the beginning to keep your body and mind strong. If you need additional coaching or mindset training, we offer that. Customized training can be done live at Todd’s gym (Fitness Quest 10) or we can customize a program for any young quarterback that doesn’t have the equipment, is battling an injury, or has any other specific needs.
This is all done virtually through Zoom. This can be anywhere from working with a QB to get him through where he’s currently stuck, goal-setting, leadership, or accountability coaching to make sure he’s operating at his best self in school and on the gridiron.
