Todd Durkin

Todd Durkin, MA

Todd is an internationally recognized performance coach, trainer, keynote motivational speaker, author, and life-transformer who motivates, educates and inspires people worldwide. He trains NFL, MLB and MMA athletes at his award-winning gym, Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, CA. He is a 2-time Trainer of the Year, a best-selling author, a recipient of the Jack LaLanne Award, and the 2018 Canfitpro International Presenter of the Year. Todd loves getting people’s minds right, inspiring them to be the best version of themselves, and ultimately, helping people to lead a life worth telling a story about. His storied career as a strength & conditioning coach has allowed him to work with Super Bowl MVP’s and champions, NFL League MVP’s, Heisman Trophy winners, MLB World Series MVP’s and and world champions in various sports.

Luke is Division 1 Quarterback at Davidson College in North Carolina. He is currently in his second year at Davidson. The QB STRONG program is the first project Luke is helping with for Todd Durkin Enterprises and is a culmination of the training programs he has done over the years to reach his goals as an athlete.

Brady is a Media Production & Entrepreneurship major who will be attending High Point University as a Presidential Scholar in the Fall 2023. The QB STRONG program is the first of several projects that Brady is helping spearhead for Todd Durkin Enterprises.
